This program is structured around the four pillars of health

Change the way you think and you change the way you act. It’s all about creating a health-conscious mindset that will help you change your bad habits. Once you learn how to think the rest becomes easy.


2. Sleep/Recovery

Optimum performance requires sleep and recovery. I’ll teach you the best ways to get more sleep while at the same time improving the quality of your sleep.


3. Nutrition

We will take nutrition one week at a time. This is not a cleanse or a detox. I provide easy to implement guidelines that can make huge changes in your health and your waistline.


4. Training

Efficiency is key. I provide an easy to follow and flexible training program. Some of the workouts will require access to a few sets of dumbbells and a bench. I promise, you won’t spend hours in the gym but you will be doing at least something 5-6 days per week. Exercise will become a part of your daily routine.
